We cannot address specific dollar amounts or other sensitive account information that might compromise your right to privacy. Most account information is generally available online through Access (Banner). If you still need to discuss your account in more detail, please visit our office located in Taggart Student Center room 106 or call (435) 797-0173 during normal business hours.

If you wish limited specific information about your financial aid situation, please provide us with:

  • Your first and last name,
  • Your email address,
  • Your USU student identification number (begins with the letter A.) Please do not include your social security number or birthdate.
