Athletic Aggies Sarah and Trent Porter have been encouraging fitness and travel with their adventurous little family. 10-year-old son Rowan started running 5ks when he was 7, and he decided to set the goal to run one in every state! He has completed 50 states in the very short time of 3 years!

| USU’s “A Day of Giving” Raises $98k and Bolsters Student Hardship Fund |
|
Utah State University’s first “A Day of Giving,” held on Friday, September 27 was a notable success. During the 24-hour giving period, USU received over 400 gifts totaling $148,991.20 and impacting 76 different areas at the University.
“A Day of Giving” focused on raising money for the Student Emergency Hardship Fund as well as garnering support for each college and program on USU’s multiple statewide campuses. Gifts to the hardship fund will aid students encountering extraordinary conditions that force them to prematurely end their education at USU.

Aggie Basketball Classic Aggie men’s basketball has three upcoming classics from Salt Lake to Florida between December 14-21. Your Alumni Association will be hosting a pregame event for each game and would love to have you and your family show your Aggie Spirit.
Ski Night
Take a short 15-mile drive north of Logan this year to Cherry Peak to ski the slopes with your fellow Aggies. Aggies who don’t ski or board can stay toasty warm by the fireplace in the lodge’s grand reception hall.
Founders Day and Old Main Society
The Founders Day & Old Main Society banquet is open to all alumni and friends. The event will be held the evening of March 13, 2020 at the Taggart Student Center on the USU Logan campus. Registration for the event will open in early 2020.
