Students who are sick can be tested by making an appointment with university student health services:
- Logan: Student Health & Wellness Center
- USU Eastern: Student Health Services
- USU Blanding: Contact Donna Blake or Kristian Olsen to schedule a test or get an at-home test.
Departments or employees in Logan who need at-home tests should contact Risk Management at 435-797-1951. The FDA has extended the shelf life of the iHealth Labs COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test that USU currently offers. All iHealth kits expiration dates have been extended to May 2023.
