If you wish specific information about your financial aid situation, you can email finaid@usu.edu from your preferred email address listed on USU ACCESS. Please include your USU A Number so that we can access your account.*
If you wish to use the form below and receive specific information about your financial aid situation, you must provide us with:
- your email address
- your student number (begins with the letter A) and,
- the first and last name of your emergency contact listed on USU ACCESS.**
This is in compliance with federal law to ensure your privacy. Specific questions without this identifying information will be returned. If you prefer, you may call us at 435-797-0173.
Please note: Email is NOT secure. Please do not attach financial aid or tax forms. Forms containing your personal financial information can be faxed to 435-797-0654 or sent by U.S. mail.
*To list your preferred email address on USU ACCESS, login to USU ACCESS, select "Personal Information," click on "Update Email Addresses," Follow the instructions to submit a Campus Email Address and make sure you make it your Preferred address.
**To list an emergency contact on USU ACCESS, login to USU ACCESS, select "Personal Information," click on "Update Emergency Contacts," Click on "New Contact," Enter the requested information and submit changes.
