The Asian Studies major is available only with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Students must complete two years of study (through the 2020-level) in an Asian language.

Admission Requirements
New freshmen admitted to USU in good standing qualify for admission to Asian Studies.
Transfer students from other institutions need a 2.5 Career GPA for admission to Asian Studies in good standing.
Students transferring from other USU majors need a 2.5 USU GPA and/or a 2.5 Career GPA for admission to Asian Studies in good standing.
