Ruth Hufteling was a gardener, a quilter, and a poet.  She loved growing roses, dogs and helping people.  She was a Weber County Master Gardener and spend many hours volunteering at the Ogden Botanical Gardens.   Ruth was a retired Registered Nurse in hospitals in South Dakota and Minnesota.  She also worked with the Job Corps program in California, Idaho, and Utah.  After attaining her Bachelor of Nursing degree, she completed her career as a Project Manager of the Occupational Medicine Clinic at HAFB.  Ruth leaves a legacy for future generations in her support of the Ogden Botanical Garden.
