This play, about the events of the Utah War of 1857-58 and the historical disagreements about it, is a terrific antidote to boring history. The play was commissioned by the Utah War Sesquicentennial Committee, a consortium of many Utah institutions and historians. It presents the historical facts surrounded by a humorous human conflict.
