Where do I get a USU transcript?

Answer(s)

Standard processing time is 5-10 business days. You may order a transcript in person, through the U.S. mail, or online through ACCESS or the National Student Clearinghouse at www.getmytranscript.org. You must include the following with each written request:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Student ID Number (either SSN# or A#)
  • Complete address of where you want your transcript sent
  • Your original signature
  • Payment: (cash, check, or money order).
  • Transcript costs can be found here: http://www.usu.edu/registrar/htm/records/transcripts

Please note: If paying in person, please bring cash or a check; the Registrar’s office cannot process credit cards.
