My teaching philosophy consists of providing lessons with a good balance of discipline and fun.  Each student learns differently and has his/her own strengths and weaknesses, it is my job as a teacher to pinpoint them and structure lessons to attain their individual goals at the piano, whether it be playing for fun and enjoyment or more serious endeavors.  My ultimate goal with piano, is to share music with as many people as I can through teaching and performing, because I believe every person should have the opportunity to express themselves through music.
