My Philosophy:

Music can be felt and heard in all things. Not only hearing, but understanding this music can strengthen a person to what they could never be without it. I want to help children understand this music. There are so many elements to understanding: theory, technique, long/short term repertoire, sight reading and improvisation are a few that I focus on in lessons as well as life skills encountered. My goal as a teacher is to help my students discover their individual life-long love for music through fun and rewarding lessons and practice.
