Stan Laub Training Center (1958-1982)

Richard Stanley “Stan” Laub was born in Logan, Utah on November 1, 1958. He was raised in Logan and graduated from Logan High School. Stan’s life was tragically cut short in an automobile accident on May 23, 1982.

After graduation from high school, Stan followed the lead of his three older brothers enrolling at Utah State University and joining Sigma Chi Fraternity. In the fraternity, he was loved and respected by his brothers. Throughout his short life, Stan maintained a great love for Utah State University and Aggie Athletics, where he had been attending games since he was a young boy. During his time as an undergraduate, Stan served as a USU football manager in 1979 and 1980, where he made a lasting impression on both players and coaches.
