Pamela J. Gardner is a technical writer/project manager for the Bingham Research Center at the Utah State University Vernal Campus. She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Brigham Young University and has worked as a professor and administrator at colleges and universities in Utah, most notably, Salt Lake Community College, Westminster University, and Utah Valley University where she was an Assistant Vice President and Dean of the School of Continuing Education. She is the recipient of numerous educational leadership awards at the school, local, regional and national levels. In addition to her administrative work, she secured over $16 million in grants and appropriations during her tenure in higher education.
