Virtual Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga

Recreation

This yoga class is taught in a Vinyasa style, where poses flow from one to the other and each movement is coordinated with your breath. This energetic class will increase heart rate and muscular strength, while improving balance, flexibility, and focus. All levels are welcome. Aggies Be Cookin' Free Kit: Gingerbread Cookies

This winter, the Service Center is teaming up with the USU Inclusion Center to provide free meal kits (cookie cutter included) based on the Aggies Be Cookin' cooking video series! Learn some new cooking skills and enjoy a warm meal at home.

Here's what you do:
Reserve a free meal kit by registering for this event through AggiePulse https://givepul.se/538zfm.
Come to TSC 332 to pick up your meal kit on either December 17 or 18.
Take your meal kit home and find the cooking demo on our Instagram stories.
Watch the demo, then prepare your own meal!
If you'd like, snap a photo of your culinary creation and post with the hashtag #AggiesBeCookin

Virtual Circuit Training

Circuit training is a high volume but low resistance weight workout with 2-3 minute rest intervals involving cardio, and is focused on improving muscle tone and definition while also improving cardiovascular fitness.
