Easy Fried Rice Meal Kit

Student Activities

The purpose of selling meal kits through the Student Nutrition Access Center is to allow USU students to explore new foods, try new cooking methods, and gain insight into preparing nutritious meals. Each meal kit comes with the exact ingredients and an easy-to-follow recipe that makes 3-4 servings. Meal Kits are sold at cost so the cost of each meal kit will vary per week due to the variation of ingredient cost. We accept cards, PayPal, and Venmo. Cash will not be accepted.

Tohi Lab Talking Circle

Conference/Seminar

The Tohi Lab, housed in USU's Combined Clinical/Counseling Psychology Program at Logan, is an Indigenous-centered mental health lab that focuses on the physical, spiritual, and psychological health of ethnically and racially underrepresented groups. We incorporate traditional and culturally appropriate interventions/research methods, like the traditional medicine wheel, to decolonize psychology. Members who will lead the talking circle include Racheal Killgore and Jennifer Yazzie (Navajo Nation), and Devon Isaacs (Cherokee Nation).
