Mindful Movement | Stretching, strength and control for a more comfortable practice
Recreation
Meditation and stretching have a lot in common. Both encourage movement and flow throughout our bodies; both achieve the best results when we are present in the moment; and both are at their most effective when they become part of our daily routine. Mindful movement helps us limber up for activities or recover afterwards, improve balance, increase flexibility, and help relieve joint and muscle pain. Mindful movement mentally connects us to our physical movements, resulting in improved stability, mobility and strength, and helping you become calmer, more confident, more comfortable, more peaceful.
