Red Sings from the Tree Tops: Exploring Music, Creative Movement, Drama, Poetry, and Visual Art

Workshop/Training

Explore teaching strategies inspired by creative movement, drama, music, visual art, and poetry. Explore integration concepts based on Pamela Zagarenski’s beautifully illustrated book, Red Sings From the Tree Tops. “Color comes alive in this whimsical, innovative book: blue dances on the summer lakes, green drips from spring leaves, black wafts mysterious through autumn evenings.” Come dance, write, sing, act, and make visual art as we explore a year in color through literature and the arts. Focus on K-6
