Lunch & Learn - Estate Planning Basics
Workshop/Training
You’ve heard that estate planning is only for the wealthy but you are not exactly sure what estate planning would mean for your situation. Our experts will introduce a toolkit that can help you understand why having an estate plan is a necessary part of your life planning. Most importantly, having an estate plan ensures the legacy you envision is carried out and it offers clarity and protection to your loved ones! Join Be Well and USU Extension's Empowering Financial Wellness program to learn how to start the process of estate planning, which documents are included as part of your estate plan and, how to have the conversation with loved ones so that you can take action and begin creating your own estate plan. Attendance and participation in this event qualify as an activity for the Be Well Rewards program.

It was created as a way for survivors to share what has happened to them as well as highlight the realities behind statistics of domestic violence that are often overlooked. Anti-Trans legislation is sparking national debates about what distinguishes male from female and whether trans people deserve basic human rights. We have been here before. Female husbands – people assigned female who lived as men and married women – navigated similar challenges in the 18th and 19th centuries. What can we learn from their stories to help us in the present?
