Lunch & Learn - Holiday Cooking Demo: Simple Side Dishes

Workshop/Training

USU Be Well and Dining Services present a Holiday Cooking Demo with Registered Dietitian, Brooke Lister. The holidays are centered around family and food, especially what we consider “comfort” foods. It is important that we honor our bodies and our food choices around the holidays and allow ourselves to eat the foods that sound appealing to us. However, we can lighten up some traditional holiday side dishes to get more balance with our meals. Come and learn how to make two staple holiday side dishes that are simple but bursting with flavor! Free samples will be available for the first 75 people in attendance. *Presentation will only be offered in person but will be recorded and available on the USU Be Well YouTube channel.
