Smash Fridays

Every Friday in September is Smash Friday! Come play Super Smash Bros against your friends or other students. Games will start at 6pm and are open to anyone. Memberships for the Esports Arena are $35 a semester or $60 for a year, and you will have access to all tournaments/leagues and open hours at the space.

USU Rodeo Club's Fall Stampede Rodeo is back! From barrel racing to roping they'll have it all. Schools from around the Mountain West will come out to compete for the top spot. Tickets can be bought online or at the fairgrounds. Student tickets are $5 w/student ID! Dates are Friday, September 27th with a 7pm start and Saturday, September 28th with a 7pm start. Located at the Cache County Fairgrounds.

Sweat Day

Get ready to SWEAT! We're hosting the 3rd annual Sweat Day on September 28th. Starting in the MAC Gym with a warmup and group picture, you are then given a schedule for all the different group fitness classes that will be offered during the event - rotating every 45 minutes. Registration gives each participant a Sweat Day t-shirt, free snacks, and admission into all classes for the event. Stay for the whole event or pick a few to go to. Classes offered will range from spin to yoga to surge. Free with group fitness pass or $5 without. Register before or sign up day of.

Introduction to Top Rope Belay

Climbing clinics are back for the fall semester with our first one on September 30th from 6-8:30pm at the ARC Climbing Wall. We'll go over everything you need to know and give you an introduction to top rope belaying. Register at the climbing wall, $10 clinic fee.

Women's Intro to Top Rope Belay

Women's climb night just got special as we'll be hosting a women's introduction to top rope belaying. Hosted during women's climb night (7:30pm-10pm) at the climbing wall, we'll go over everything you need to know as an introduction to top rope belaying. It's a safe space for women to learn the basics, ask questions, and climb with others. Register at the climbing wall, $10 clinic fee

Cooking Demo Schedule: Topics TBD. Cooking Demos will start promptly at 4pm and will run for approximately 1 hour. These demos are taught by senior USU Nutrition & Dietetics students. Come get some delicious food samples and learn how to cook new foods/dishes!

Come hit the trail with us as we spend a day riding a beginner-friendly trail while working on body position, bike function and other fundamental mountain biking techniques. Intramural Pickleball Tournament

Intramural pickleball tournament! Saturday, October 12 in the MAC and HPER 201/209 starting at noon. Free with an IM membership or just $15 with a single sports pass. Registration is done using the Fusion Play app. Men's, women's, and co-ed divisions.

We are heading down south to hike and bike the world renown desert red rock in the Moab area. We will spend the weekend exploring some of the amazing mountain biking trails while camping near Moab. Participants must be in good physical condition and prepared for moderate to strenuous biking in a desert environment. No prior experience necessary, beginners are most welcome. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mountain bike (in good working condition) or a rental is available from the OP for no additional cost. Sizes and quantities are limited. Trip cost includes sales tax, mountain bike (if needed), food, transportation, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, tent and student leadership.

Join us for our Pink Out Surge event! Not sure what Surge is? It's a HIIT-inspired workout mixed with cardio tracks and strength training that makes for a great workout and fun time.
