Powder Mountain Skiing/Snowboarding Day

Come join us for a day of skiing/snowboarding at Powder Mountain resort. We will meet up at Outdoor Programs, load up our ski/snowboard gear, and head to Powder Mountain to burn some turns. All riding abilities are welcome as there is terrain for everyone. Trip cost includes transportation and Powder Mountain lift ticket. Discounted ski rentals are available for an additional $10. Mindful Movement | Yin Yoga

FREE REGISTRATION: https://bit.ly/mindfulnessandmeditationweekly Yin yoga is a slow-paced, passive type of yoga that incorporates long holds and stretching designed for deep contemplation and mind-body awareness. Yin yoga promotes sensory awakening that melts away tension and stress, and is known to release repressed or stored emotions. A tried and true technique to experience fascia and connective tissue release, Yin yoga is also an excellent practice for beginners because it offers plenty of time to uncover the unique benefits of individual poses without worrying about tricky transitions. Practicing self care through mindfulness and meditation can help you relax and focus on what is most important - your overall wellness. This is a weekly, online wellness series hosted by the Utah State University Salt Lake County Health Extension.
