Resilience is the quality that helps people get back up after life knocks them down. This training will discuss the factors of resilience, qualities of resilient people, and skills to build resilience. TIAA Webinar: Income Options in Retirement

It’s time to consider a little payback. You’ve made a lot of sacrifices in order to put away enough money to retire. When it’s finally time, do you know how to get the money back? There are lots of considerations, rules and tax implications that make these decisions very important and more complex. Join TIAA rep, Heidi Parkhill, and the Be Well program for this informative training to help you to and through retirement. You'll learn how to simplify retirement income by learning the basic rules that govern the most common retirement accounts, gaining perspective on when to tap into different assets, and discover the flexible income choices TIAA offers. Attendance and participation in this event qualify as a required activity for the Be Well Rewards program. This will be held in person in LIB 154 and virtually via Zoom.
