Third Annual Paper & Clay Exhibition

Paper & Clay is a national juried exhibit that showcases exceptional student work from across the country. The exhibition is open to all current BFA & MFA printmaking and ceramic students and provides them an opportunity to compete and exhibit in a professional space. This year's show includes 57 works from 42 different institutions across the country. The reception for the exhibit is February 20 from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Impact Commons behind the gallery.

Chamber Music Society Of Logan Presents the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet

The Grammy Award-winning LAGQ brings new energy to musical programs ranging through Renaissance music and Bach to the work of living composers. While their inventive, critically acclaimed transcriptions of concert masterworks provide a fresh look at the music of the past, they consistently play to sold-out houses world-wide, attracting audiences as diverse as their programs: fans of chamber music, guitar, jazz fusion and world music. They consistently charm and excite audiences with new musical discoveries.

Horn and Friends

USU's new Assistant Professor of Horn Dr. Lauren Hunt appears in recital, in collaboration with colleagues from the USU faculty. The program will include Beethoven's Sonata for Piano and Horn, in celebration of the 250th anniversary of Beethoven's birth; the western premiere of a work by André Mehmari, commissioned by Dr. Hunt in 2012; and works for horn and percussion, and horn and harp.
