Entrepreneur Leadership Series: Shark Tank Night

Panel Discussion/Presentation

This week we will be holding our annual “Shark Tank Night”. A panel of 5 “sharks” will be judging students as they pitch their business ideas and the sharks will be awarding prize money to the businesses they deem to have the most potential.

The panel of 5 sharks will consist of:
Steve Peterson: General Partner and Portfolio Manager of Millrock Capital and Millrock Development
Dan Clark: Founder and CEO of Dan Clark and Associates
Jane Day: Partner at Strategic Leadership Partners
Peter Foss: Leadership and Management Consultant at Strategic Leadership Partners
Paul Woodland: Former CFO at Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream Inc. and Former President and CEO of Hooked on Phonics

Science Unwrapped - Electric Avenues

Panel Discussion/Presentation | Science Unwrapped

Inquiring minds of all ages are invited to Science Unwrapped, the public outreach program of USU's College of Science. Featured speaker is USU electrical engineer Regan Zane, who presents "Electric Avenues: Advancing Sustainability through Powered Infrastructure for Roadway Electrification (ASPIRE)" at 7 pm in the Emert Auditorium (ESLC 130) of the Eccles Science Learning Center on USU's Logan campus. Admission is free. Dr. Zane's talk will be recorded and posted on Science Unwrapped's website following the talk: www.usu.edu/science/unwrapped

Refreshments and hands-on STEM learning activities in the ESLC atrium, led by USU student volunteers and community groups, follow the presentation.
