Workshop/Training
USU Be Well and Registered Dietitian, Brooke Lister, present a lunch and learn on Food As Medicine. Food As Medicine is a growing movement that promotes using food and nutrition interventions as part of healthcare. Diet quality is one of the leading risk factors for death from chronic diseases in the United States which is partially fueling the Food As Medicine movement.
