Bio

Aryn M. Kamerer is an Assistant Professor at Utah State University. She received a B.A. in Speech-Language-Hearing and Ph.D in Audiology from the University of Kansas in 2010 and 2017, respectively. In 2021 Aryn completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Boys Town National Research Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, then worked as a Research Scientist until Fall 2022 when she moved to Utah State.

Her research, supported by a grant from the NIH-NIDCD, focuses on 1) understanding suprathreshold hearing deficits in individuals with normal hearing, and 2) the development of measures to differentially diagnose sensorineural hearing loss.
