About the Community

Living Here

Student success and safety are our top priorities at Blue Square. We offer an environment conducive to mental, social, and physical health. Individual study rooms, a computer lab, and private floorplan layouts ensure that you can study in comfort and convenience. Our cardio/fitness room promotes a healthy lifestyle, and the oversized hot tub offers a place to relax with friends after a long day of studying.

Blue Square offers a state of the art security system with three levels of security for your student. Each building requires a programmed key FOB for entry, each apartment front door has a deadbolt lock, and every bedroom locks individually. Additionally, over 110 cameras continually monitor the public areas of Blue Square to ensure your safety and peace of mind.

We also believe that social development is crucial to personal growth and success, so we provide a variety of social events such as live music performances, movie nights, community cookouts, oreo nights and community competitions.

Blue Square also makes sustainable living a focus throughout the year, including recycling bins in each apartment and outside the buildings, bicycle racks in the community and area-wide participation in a variety of programs centered on sustainability.

Students who live here also have the support of many Residence Life Staff members.
