EyeMed offers five of the top six most admired national retail chains as in-network options including: LensCrafter, Sears Optical, Target Optical, JCPenney Optical and most Pearle Vision locations. In addition, EyeMed offers more independent vision care providers than anyone.

Current Employees
Current employees may sign up or make changes during open enrollment in May, or if they experience a qualified life event.
- Children up to age 26 may be covered under their parents' policy.
- Disabled child (adult) may be covered; see Office of Human Resources for information.
