Cooper Gowan, a senior enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering program, has dedicated three years to the GAS Team, currently holding the position of mechanical engineer. Throughout his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the team's inaugural CubeSat mission, GASPACS. In this capacity, he contributed to the design, testing, and assembly of the mission's payload. The design discussions for different team projects stand out as his most cherished team experiences. Post-graduation, his aspirations include progressing towards the esteemed role of a NASA Astronaut.
