Restrict Release of Directory (Public) Information

One-Time Release of Directory (Public) Information
If you currently have a block set up for your directory information, you can submit this form to allow a one-time exception to the block.
Allow an Individual Access to Your Records
We recommend you manage your own student account but understand there are cases where it is necessary for a parent, spouse or other third-party to access information or complete transactions on your behalf.
Assigning a delegate allows you to give another person access to your USU student account. We will not discuss your student account or records with your parent, spouse, or anyone unless they are listed as a delegate.
