USU emerges victorious in 20th annual Blood Battle
USU wins again!
USU and Weber State blood donors went head to head in the universities' 20th annual Blood Battle, and USU emerged victorious once again! In just four days, Aggies donated 316 units of blood, while Weber's drive yielded 237 units. Together, the schools brought in enough blood that at least 1,659 lives could be changed because the supply was ready.
USU challenged its student clubs and organizations to send as many donors as they could. The Health Occupations Student Association (HOSA) won this year's competition by sending 13 donors. They won Chick-fil-A meals and Aggie Ice Cream for their entire membership.
