Surge for Fun!

Join our instructor Sammi for a fun Surge class and bring a friend who might not have a Group Fitness pass to experience this fun class on March 19th from 6:30-7:15pm on the ARC North Court. Don't know what SURGE is? SURGE FIT is the energizing HIIT workout that will get you results fast! High-intensity cardio tracks that push fat-burning systems into high gear are intertwined with high-rep strength training tracks that shape and tone your body for maximum results. Event is free for all, register at recportal.usu.edu under fitness programs.

Life of a Latinx Leader

Join us for "Life of a Latinx Leader," a monthly event featuring informal talks by exceptional Latinx leaders. This month, Evelyn Porras, a teacher at Logan High School, will share their story about facing a traumatic injury, personal losses, and language barriers. 4th Annual Indigenous Knowledge Symposium

Join us for the 4th Annual Indigenous Knowledge Symposium. This year our topic is food sovereignty. Our speakers are Rose Bear Don't Walk, a doctoral student in Indigenous & Rural Health, Montana State University and Dr. Valarie Blue Bird Jernigan, Director of the Center for Indigenous Health and Policy, Oklahoma State University. Both have knowledge of Indigenous science, food, and sovereignty. Register to join the virtual event.

Women's Adventure Tour Film Screening

Join us on Saturday, March 23rd at 7pm for a screening of The Women’s Adventure Film Tour as it's back with its highly anticipated 8th season. It'll be held in HPER 102 - note please enter through the side doors in between the HPER and ARC as main doors will be locked. The event is free for USU students and just $10 for community members (pay at the door). We will also be having great raffle prizes!! It features an exhilarating selection of 8 new short films that showcase the inspiring journeys of remarkable women who have fearlessly pursued adventure in various fields. The Women’s Adventure Film Tour has been celebrated for its unique approach to showcasing women achieving their adventurous goals. Unlike traditional adventure films focusing solely on extreme feats, this tour aims to inspire everyone to step outside their comfort zone and challenge their boundaries – their personal Everest. It's a celebration of bravery, perseverance, and the indomitable spirit within us.
