Campus Rec to Host Friday Night Lights High Fitness Class

LOGAN, Utah — Utah State University Campus Rec is looking to break a state record and provide a fun and upbeat way for students to get active. Campus Rec will host the Friday Night Lights High Fitness class from 8-9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, at the Aggie Legacy Fields.

“High Fitness is old-school aerobics set to modern music,” said Alexis Gordon, campus recreation high fitness instructor. “You will be having so much fun you won’t even notice how hard you’re working.”

Students and the public of any and all fitness levels are invited to attend. The High Fitness event promises to provide a one-of-a kind experience with a fun twist on Friday Night Lights. Campus Recreation is hoping to be the largest High Fitness event in the state.

“No matter your previous fitness experience, you have a place at High Fitness,” Gordon said.
