Special Event | Learning Circles

Learning Circles are small collaborative groups of instructors who meet together to read and discuss teaching topics of interest. Participants in the learning circles (or communities of inquiry) engage with a book or selected readings and then lend their unique viewpoints from different disciplines and teaching experiences not only to discuss the content and build comradery but also to consider how they can implement the ideas and concepts they're discussing into the context of their own classrooms.

Lunch & Learn - Increase Wellbeing: One Burst at a Time

USU Be Well and Aetna, USU's Employee Assistance Program present a lunch and learn on increasing our wellbeing through small daily bursts. Life moves fast. Many of us struggle with adding healthy habits to our day or are too exhausted to even get started. Join us for this training where we will discuss what is a burst and explain its benefits, learn about how our thoughts contribute to success, and explain steps for making an action plan and how to keep going. *Presentation will not be recorded. Attendance and participation in this event will qualify as an activity for the Be Well Rewards program.*
