Mailbox Location
You receive one mail key when moving into Family Housing. The location of your mailbox is listed in your Welcome Packet when you receive your keys. If you can't find it, contact the Main Housing Office at 435-797-0281.
Address Changes
Make sure to change your address for all important correspondences, such as work documents, government accounts, bank accounts, subscriptions, and healthcare providers. Change your address at usps.com.

This office is maintained by the Residence Life Department, which focuses on community-building and people, including:

The Area Office also oversees area amenities such as items rentals, print stations, community center reservations, event information, and sidewalk/visitor parking passes.

Parking Permits
Family Housing residents will need to purchase a parking permit for vehicles. To get a parking permit, you need:
- The make/model/license plate of your vehicle
- Up-to-date safety inspection and registration
- If your vehicle is registered outside of Cache County, you need an emission inspection every other year (based on the year your car was made—if it was made in an even-numbered year, you need a check every even-numbered year you live in Family Housing Communities)
Aggie Shuttle
Get anywhere on campus with only a short walk from your front door and a ride on the Aggie Shuttle.
Each Family Housing Community has easy access to the fare free Aggie Shuttle system.
The Aggie Shuttle has a variety of routes with pick-up and drop-off locations across campus. View routes and track the Aggie Shuttles live by downloading the Aggie Shuttle App or visiting aggiebus.com.
