Emily Godfrey Research Farm

A 30-acre property in Clarkston, Utah that has been a working farm operated by members of the same family for more than 100 years, the Emily Godfrey Research Farm was donated by Scott and Michael Fuhriman and Carl Fonnesbeck. The farm is named in honor of the donors’ great-grandmother, Emily Godfrey Fonnesbeck.

Among Utah State University’s first research-related activities on the site included the Utah Climate Center’s installation of a suite of climate and weather instruments, which is a valuable asset to climate and plant scientists as well as local farmers.
