Styles of Service
University Catering reserves the right to change service style based on the location, menu and/or guest count. Tax will be added when applicable. Service Styles include the following options:
Not all items are available to be ordered as a pickup. Orders can be placed to be picked up hot or cold. Client will come to USU Catering Office (TSC 232) to pick up their order or to the TSC Kitchen. There is no fee for this service. Disposable plateware available for an additional fee. All third party orders must be paid for 3 business days before pick up date.
A delivery fee of $12 or 12% (whichever is greater) will be added to the order.
A delivery fee of $18.75 or 15% (whichever is greater) will be added to the order.
Orders are set up at a location of your choice. Catering Staff will attend to the buffet and service the tables from the beginning to the end of the event.
A Catered Buffet is presented with full table settings that include linen, china, glassware, silverware, menus, centerpieces, and service ware.
A Catered Buffet is priced per person and a service charge of 20% will be added to the order. Items cannot be added "a la carte". Anything added will be priced for the full guest count.
