RFP for Contractor Services: Fencing and Landscaping for Property Boundary in ABQ, NM

The Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is requesting proposals for the design and installation of a property-boundary fence with controllable access points, audio and visual security features, and landscaping.

The project site is at 1720 North Randolph RD SE, ABQ, NM 87106

The solicitation documents for contractor services including submittal requirements, selection criteria and procurement schedule will be available upon request starting Monday, July 1, 2024, via emailing the Contracts Administrator, Kay D. Hegemann at kay.hegemann@sdl.usu.edu: no others are to be contacted regarding this solicitation. The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method.  Contractors must be licensed to work in the State of New Mexico.

A MANDATORY site visit will be held Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 10:00 AM MDT at the project site in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Proposals cannot be accepted from contractors that did not have a representative in attendance of this meeting.

RFP for Contractor Services:  Remodeling SDL Building 489 Chiller System – Logan, UT

The Utah State University Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is requesting proposals from construction contractors to support a remodeling project on the SDL Innovation Campus in North Logan, UT.  This project involves the remodel of the Chiller System in SDL’s 489 Building, including the Chiller Loop, Electrical, and Venting.

The solicitation documents for contractor services including submittal requirements, selection criteria and procurement schedule will be available upon request starting Thursday, June 20, 2024, via emailing the Contracts Administrator, Rich McKinnon at rich.mckinnon@sdl.usu.edu.  No others are to be contacted regarding this solicitation. The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method.  Contractors must be in good standing and licensed to work in the State of Utah

Gas Chromatograph

The chromatography system will be used primarily for analysis of volatile organics in whole-air
canister samples via connection with an Entech 7200 preconcentrator. Helium carrier gas from
the instrument will route from the chromatography system, to the Entech preconcentrator, and
then back to the chromatography system. It will need to have a dean switch or GC valve that
allows the sample to pass into a PLOT column and then the FID detector for the first few
minutes of analysis (to analyze light hydrocarbons), and then switch to a BP1-type column and
the MS detector for the remainder of the analysis (to analyze other organics).

2024 Football Fall Camp Meals

We are seeking bids from catering companies capable of providing nutritional meals to our football student-athletes and football staff members potentially consisting of 4 meals per day during fall camp (August 2 - 25, 2024). Caterer must handle all transportation of equipment and food, to and from the meal location which will be on the 3^rd Floor of the Laub Athletic-Academic Complex in North End Zone of Maverik Stadium.

RFP for Commissioning Services:  Remodeling Phase of SDL Building located in Albuquerque, NM

The Utah State University Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is requesting proposals from Building Commissioners for inspections and commissioning services necessary for renovating spaces within an SDL-owned building in Albuquerque, NM.

The request for proposal package will be available upon request starting April 8, 2024, by emailing the Contracts Administrator, Rich McKinnon (rich.mckinnon@sdl.usu.edu).  Prior to obtaining further drawing and project related documents, interested firms must execute a project-specific NDA, which will be provided by the Contracts Administrator.

Proposals are to be submitted no later than 5:00pm MST on Friday, April 19, 2024.  The selection shall be under the Value Based Selection method.

the following features for an integrated library system (ILS) or a library services platform (LSP):

• Supports an online public catalog as well as circulation, acquisition, serials, cataloging, authority
control, course reserves, reporting, administrative, and fund accounting functions. Additional
supports for interlibrary loan are welcome.
• Provides an electronic resources management system
• Provides a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution with a robust browser interface for
all primary functions. Client interfaces are also welcome but must have an equivalent or better
browser interface.
• Provides interoperability with an automated storage and retrieval system
