The purchase of any USDA/HHS Select Agent Toxins and/or Biosafety Level III Agents is regulated and requires that the Environmental Health and Safety Division be contacted upon receipt of, or prior to a requisition being sent to Purchasing and Contract Services.
Purchasing and Contract Services cannot place an order for these items without prior approval from Environmental Health and Safety Resource Center (EHSRC). No exceptions are allowed.
Toxins/Biological Agents cannot be purchased using a P-Card.
