USU’s policies apply to students, employees, and participants in USU programs and activities. These policies help to facilitate a working and/or learning environment free of discrimination and sexual misconduct.

  • Interim Policy 305*: Discrimination Based on Protected Characteristics
  • Interim Policy 339*: Title IX Sexual Misconduct in an Employment or Education Program or Activity
  • Interim Policy 339A*: Non-Title IX Sexual Misconduct 
  • Interim Policy 340*: Required Reporting of Sexual Misconduct
* This policy was adopted via a policy directive and, as a result, has been implemented in an interim status until the policy is approved through the standard policy adoption process. While in an interim status, this policy is effective and governs the conduct of all covered individuals.
