Sophia is originally from Michigan where she taught Indoor Cycling classes for five years at a cycling studio. She loves planning balanced, fun, and engaging classes. When she is not on the bike or on campus fulfilling her duties as an Assistant Professor in the Special Education and Rehabilitation Counseling department, she thoroughly enjoys exploring the outdoors.
