P-Card Training

Training for P-Card Cardholders, Travel Card Cardholders, and Delegated Users are now available online.

If you are a new P-card user and you are having trouble accessing the training please send your name, A#, and preferred e-mail address to pcardadmin@usu.edu.

Cardholder and Delegated User Training
This training is for new and renewing USU Cardholders and Delegated Users. (Including P-Cards, Travel Cards, and All Cards).  Cardholders must renew training every three years.

Please click on the link below for P-Card Cardholder Training. The format is set up as slides. You will be directed to a link on the last slide where you will access the P-Card Cardholder Training Form. You must turn in your initialed, signed, and completed Form before or at the time you pick up your P-Card.
