Gas Chromatograph
The chromatography system will be used primarily for analysis of volatile organics in whole-air canister samples via connection with an Entech 7200 preconcentrator. Helium carrier gas from the instrument will route from the chromatography system, to the Entech preconcentrator, and then back to the chromatography system. It will need to have a dean switch or GC valve that allows the sample to pass into a PLOT column and then the FID detector for the first few minutes of analysis (to analyze light hydrocarbons), and then switch to a BP1-type column and the MS detector for the remainder of the analysis (to analyze other organics). USU Notice of Solicitation Space Dynamics Laboratory RFP for Commissioning Services: Remodeling Phase of SDL Building located in Albuquerque, NM The Utah State University Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is requesting proposals from Building Commissioners for inspections and commissioning services necessary for renovating spaces within an SDL-owned building in Albuquerque, NM. The request for proposal package will be available upon request starting April 8, 2024, by emailing the Contracts Administrator, Rich McKinnon (rich.mckinnon@sdl.usu.edu).
