Let’s Talk

Chat About Mental Health

Let's Talk is an informal, drop-in mental health consultation service provided by the USU Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) office. Let’s Talk provides students with a confidential and anonymous way to chat with a CAPS staff or peer coach. Faculty and staff can also use Let’s Talk to seek help navigating how to support students that are struggling. You can share concerns or questions you might have about your mental health, learn about campus and community resources, understand how to help a friend, or work on solving a problem together.

Let’s Talk Schedule

Let’s Talk is held at various locations on campus and virtually. Students are served on a first-come, first-serve basis January 8 – April 24, 2024.

Let's Talk
Let’s Talk is not therapy or a crisis service. If you have mental health concerns and want to see a therapist, please contact CAPS to set up a consultation. If you are in crisis, please contact CAPS for a crisis session, call 988, or use the SafeUT app.
