Building Self-Compassion
with Jill Ferrell
3/18/24 | 1:30 pm
In order to move forward effectively in any situation, we need to feel safe in ourselves first. Self-compassion is often key to healing, growing, improving, and feeling safe inside ourselves, even when scary things are happening around us. Self-compassion is often misunderstood to be too soft or weak. In this workshop, you can learn more about the true courageous strength, commitment, and firm wisdom that compassion involves as a way to help you move toward what matters most to you and to motivate you more than criticism usually can. Come learn more about compassion, what it is, what it isn’t, how to cultivate it more, and how to have compassion for how hard it is to cultivate, too!
