Front & Center Webinar: How to Change Uncertainty into Opportunity

Workshop/Training

The pace of change has increased massively in recent years. According to the Harvard Business Review article How to Become More Comfortable with Change, “too many of us have the mindset that ‘change is temporary.’ When you see something as temporary, you tend to cope with it instead of accept it — and if you don’t learn how to accept, embrace, and work through your discomfort in unfamiliar situations, you will inevitably find it difficult to progress in the rapidly evolving world of work.” The goal is to learn how to manage our own unique response to change and embrace it. We will focus on how we can unleash our own strengths to achieve even greater opportunities because of the change.
