New Faculty Orientation

New Faculty Orientation is held every August just prior to the beginning of fall semester for new term, tenure-track, and tenured faculty. This program offers new faculty an opportunity to learn how to establish and position themselves from the start for a successful career at Utah State University. Program activities include a presentation on the history of USU, a faculty panel discussion, campus safety presentation, human resources information regarding benefits, and information on Title IX. Orientation also offers new faculty members an opportunity to meet and network with their peers, especially those outside their primary department.

For more information on new faculty orientation, please contact Paul J. Barr, Vice Provost by phone at (435) 797-0718 or by email to paul.barr@usu.edu.
