USU Physics’ Spring Demo Show

WHEN:  Friday, March 25, 2022, 7-8:30 p.m.
WHERE: Emert Auditorium (ESLC 130) of the Eccles Science Learning Center on the USU campus

How strong is an egg?  From where does a peacock get its vibrant color?  Can you tell by looking at someone’s eyeglasses if they are nearsighted or farsighted?  Is there radiation around us?

Inquiring minds of all ages are invited to learn answers to these questions and more at the Utah State University Department of Physics’ Spring Demo Show Friday, March 25, 2022.

The free event starts at 7 p.m. in the Emert Auditorium, Room ESLC 130, of the Eccles Science Learning Center on campus.

The evening’s non-stop demonstrations will highlight optical illusions, vision, eyeglasses, color, the strong nuclear force, radioactivity and more.
