Proposal Development Lead Times
General guidelines for lead time requirements for CoS proposal development services
| Type of Project | When to Contact CoS |
|---|---|
| Single PI projects | 1 month before internal deadline |
| Multi PI, multiple USU units (e.g., MRI) projects | 2 months before internal deadline |
| Large, multi-PI, multi-institution, multi-disciplinary projects | 3 months before internal deadline |
Please note that CoS will provide proposal development services on a first come, first serve basis, and offerings of services inside these suggested lead times may be limited, especially during high-volume submission times.
