Sustainability Council, Christensen Office of Social Action & Sustainability, clubs, volunteer opportunities, teaching classes, and declaring a sustainable systems minor are only a few of the many ways to get involved at USU. Find the one for you.
- Visit the Christensen Office of Social Action & Sustainability
- Apply for a SAS Grant
- Volunteer with Food Recovery Network, USU Gleaning Team, or other groups.
- Intern with Sustainability, Aggie Blue Bikes, or Student Organic Farm.
- Compete in Energy Wars or Race to Zero Waste.
- Take a Sustainability Course or Minor in Sustainability.
- Consider Eco-House for your on campus housing
- Invite a guest speaker to your class (or volunteer), or use other sustainability resources.
- Get your office or lab green certified!
- Use SAS Grants as part of a class assignment.
- Attend the Planetary Thinking Workshop, or consult with another faculty member who has added sustainability to a course.
- Start the USU ETE 10 Sustainability Pathway.
- Join the Sustainability Council.
- Register your office, lab, or event for the Green Certification Program.
- Join the Commuter Club Program.
- Look for sustainable purchasing options such as "Eco-Alts" or "Green Cart" through USU's purchasing partners.
- Make a blanket statement and trade in your space heater for an electric blanket, on us!
- Join the Sustainability Council.
