An Environment to Succeed

Our mission is to Support Student Success, so we provide an environment conducive to the mental, social, and physical health of your student. Research shows that for the last 11 years in a row, Freshmen and Sophomores living on campus have achieved higher GPAs than those living off campus while carrying heavier class loads. 

Your student's success is our top priority. We provide fitness facitilies, study rooms, computer labs, lounge areas, lesiure activities, dining options and social programs to give your student the absolute BEST college experience possible.

Student Support

Our Residence Life staff offers exceptional support to students that they'll only experience by living on campus. We have hundreds of employees dedicated to "supporting student success." We'll help students navigate difficult feelings of homesickness and uncertainty, assist in resolving any roommate conflicts that may arise, and offer plenty of involvement and leadership opportunities. 

Residence Life exists to provide transitional support to students as they adjust to a new living environment, a new social setting, a more challenging world of academics, and a new perspective of themselves and the world around them.

Peace of Mind

Students that live on campus enjoy a wide array of benefits to make their already busy lives as simple as possible. They get an unbeatable location that puts them at the front door of everything happening on campus (classes, activities, sporting events, etc.), rather than trying to find a parking space.

Single Student Housing residents will enjoy all utilities included in the rent as well as free Internet and laundry. 

Family Student Housing residents will enjoy some utilities included in their rent, but will be responsible gas, electricity and laundry.

24/7 Maintenance

We strive to make our residents' stay on campus as stress-free and worry-free as possible. Our facilities staff takes care of maintenance in all the buildings. And if, by chance, something needs fixing in your student's room or apartment, we'll take care of it ASAP. We have staff on-call around the clock to handle anything that comes up.

Students can submit a maintenance request at any time and we'll send our staff over to take care of the issue. Students have more important matters to deal with than fixing leaky faucets or replacing light bulbs.

Fully Furnished (Single Housing)

All of the Single Student Housing units on campus are furnished, making the transition to college life that much easier. No need to hire a moving crew to haul a couch up three flights of stairs. All units include a bed, desk, chair, dresser and closet. Most apartments include a couch and love seat, coffee table, end tables, and dining chairs. Kitchens are not stocked, so if your student will be doing their own cooking, please plan accordingly. A complete list of furnishings can be found on each specific residence hall page.

Family Student Housing units are not furnished.
